Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

a) Fees are payable in advance, prior to the sessions.

b) Fees must be paid before the start date unless otherwise specified.

c) No enrolment will be processed and no student will be able to attend classes until full payment is received.

d) Once payment is received your place is guaranteed and you are expected to turn up on the first day of your course.

2. Cancellation and refunds

a) Students are advised to consider carefully their circumstances and personal commitments before enrolment as no cancellation or refund will be possible once the term commences.

b) Fees cannot be transferred to cover payment for another student, private tuition or a course in another term/academic year or payment.

c) If Greek LΑΒ cancels the session can be rescheduled. If this cannot happen, then Greek LAB has to refund the session.

3. Number of students/placement

a) Our courses have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 students for online group sessions. If fewer than 5 students have registered on the starting date, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course. Students however, have the opportunity to move to another course or to receive a full refund of the course fee. If you wish to have more than 2 students in your session, it would be considered a group session and a fee needs to be paid for each student, unless otherwise specified.

b) Placement to a course will be determined by phone/online interview and our free 30-minute session with student(s).

c) If students insist on joining/remaining on a course which is not for their level, then they can do so at their own responsibility.

4. Attendance and Assessment

a) Students in group sessions are expected to attend regularly.

b) For the 1:1 sessions you would need to attend the booked dates and times online or in vivo. A cancelled session will be rescheduled only if the teacher has been informed about it 48h prior to the session. The management team will also acknowledge any unanticipated delays, in case that a 48h notice is not possible.

c) It is highly recommended that assessment is continuous through active participation in the class and homework.

d) Sessions delays; If it is something scheduled, the same rules as cancelations apply. In case of a last minute delay, the tutor will wait 10-20min max for the student and then the session will not be refunded.

5. Bank Holidays

Classes falling on a Bank Holiday will be rescheduled if needed.

6. Privacy policy

The personal data you provide are stored safely and used only for the purposes of sending you information about our courses and activities, either by email or telephone or through social media and only during the period of your registration and 6 months after.
